I am currently in the midst of reading this book to try to change my diet.. hhaha have yet to change any diet yet, but working it out..

Based on the book, what you eat affects how stressed, tired or depressed you are. The more you eat the high fat, high-salt, high-sugar foods that have become the norm in our modern diet, the less happy you will feel.

Breakfast is the most important meal for a day. In order to have your sugar levels balanced, you need to eat some nourishing food early on, and this will help you get the power boost you need to start the day. You can have the following for breakfast :
1) Fresh food Salad -> Frush fruits are high-energy foods and will offer get-up and go to kick start your day. Ingredients can be apples, kiwis, berries, pineapples, pears etc and serve it with yoghurt.

2) Peanut Butter on toast – peanuts are impressive source of protein that will give a boost to start the day.

3) Eat Oats

4) Take a banana smoothie to give you a Vitamin C lift!
