Putt's Law and Successful Technocrat

I happened to read this book called Putt’s Law and the Successful Technocrat by Archibald Putt. It is really humourous and laughable. It talks about a successful technocrat Dr.I.M Sharp, how he managed to nearly bankrupt the firm with his projects while somehow emerging the hero.

Then there is a Roger Proofsworthy, who is a top level perfectionist engineeer, who always managed to solve all the problems in the firm but remains low in the hierarchy.

Based on the Law of Failure -> Failure to fail fully is a fool’s folly. ??? Wow what type of logic is that? and Putt’s Ploy says : If you must fail, fail BIG.
Murphy’s Law :
Anything that can go wrong will go wrong
Popular Corollary to Murphy’s Law:
Anyone else who can be blamed should be blamed.
